At Cortex Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
This return policy applies ONLY to products purchased directly from www.cortexbeauty.com.
If your item was purchased from a retailer, department store, online marketplace, or any third-party seller, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
Returns (Website Orders Only)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or order number).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products purchased outside of www.cortexbeauty.com
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team:

Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact Customer Support with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
