Mobile Messaging Data Sharing
We may share information necessary to operate the Cortex Beauty Mobile Messaging Program with service providers acting on our behalf, including messaging platforms, messaging aggregators, Google, telecommunications providers, mobile carriers, and related technology vendors.
These service providers may process mobile telephone numbers, message content, delivery information, interaction information, consent records, and related data only as necessary to transmit, deliver, secure, support, or administer our mobile messaging program.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile messaging originator opt-in data or consent with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile messaging opt-in data and consent will only be shared with messaging operators and service providers as necessary to operate the Cortex Beauty Mobile Messaging Program or when disclosure is required by applicable law.
We may also disclose Personal Information when required to comply with applicable laws or regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or other lawful request, investigate fraud or security concerns, enforce our agreements, or otherwise protect our rights and the rights of others.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your Personal Information to fulfill contracts we may have with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue our legitimate business interests, and obtain your consent where required.
Your Personal Information may be transferred outside your country of residence, including to Canada and the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, except where we must retain the information to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, warranty, or other legitimate business requirements.
We retain mobile messaging consent and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the messaging program, demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. An opt-out record may be retained to ensure that we continue to honor your request not to receive marketing messages.
