Your first-use checklist
- Switch off and unplug the tool, then let it cool completely.
- Use the microfiber cloth to wipe accessible exterior surfaces only as the tool’s manual permits.
- Do not add water, solvent or cleaning spray unless the tool’s care instructions permit it. Never spray into vents, controls or electrical connections.
- Keep the cloth clean and dry between uses. Follow the laundering instructions supplied with your cloth.
The detail worth knowing
This is a cleaning cloth, not a heat mat, protective glove or tool cover. Do not use it on a powered or hot appliance.
If something does not seem right
For residue that does not wipe away easily, stop and check the manufacturer’s approved cleaning method. Do not scrape a coated plate or take the housing apart.
