What do you need help with?

Tool stopped working? If you bought it from cortexbeauty.com or an authorized retailer, start a claim here. Pick your tool, upload your receipt and pay the $24.95 replacement fee. If your claim isn't approved, the fee is refunded.

Damaged or defective? Exchanges are available for units bought from an authorized retailer and still within our 1 year limited warranty. Pick the item, enter your order number and add a photo. Approved replacements require a $24.95 shipping, handling and processing fee.
