1 Year Limited Warranty for Cortex Beauty™

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Cortex Beauty (“Cortex Beauty”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from https://cortexbeauty.com.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Cortex Beauty will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Cortex Beauty will send a replacement of the product or will refund customer for product. Please note that if your product was purchased from a different store or sales channel you will have to go through them for a refund before contacting us.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Cortex Beauty is 365 days from the date of purchase as long as product is registered for the warranty within 90 days of purchase. If it is not the warranty will not be valid. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

If in the unfortunate event you do not qualify for the warranty, you will need to write a check or money order in the amount of $24.95 for shipping, handling and processing. You will receive a replacement within 15 business days. Please include your most recent mailing address and phone number.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Warranty does not apply to devices showing signs of abuse.
• Warranty is voided if there was an attempt to repair the product by an unauthorized entity
• Purchasing from internet sites or companies that do not legitimately represent our tools forfeits warranty
